Return of Goods and Refund Policy

If you find your goods to be faulty we will send you replacement goods at our cost.

We will include instructions for you to return the faulty goods back to us.

If you wish to return any products that are not faulty you will need to pay the postage costs back to us. We will be happy to exchange the item(s) if you wish or refund, please let us know and include this in your communication with us.

If you wish to exchange the goods for something different we will contact you for payment of the delivery costs.

We are happy to exchange/refund goods up to 30 days after purchase. All goods must be returned in original packaging. Any items returned that are not complete or are not in original bags packaging, we will charge deduct a minimum 15% of the item costs to cover original packaging.
