Return and Refund Policy
If you receive items that are defective, we will arrange for replacements at no cost to you. Instructions for returning the faulty products will be provided.
For returns of non-defective items, you will be responsible for covering the postage costs. We are happy to either exchange the item(s) or issue a refund; please indicate your preference in your communication with us.
Should you wish to exchange an item for a different one, we will reach out to discuss delivery charges.
We accept exchanges and refunds up to **30 days** following your purchase. All returned goods must be in their original packaging. If items are returned incomplete or without their original bags/packaging, we will apply a deduction of at least **15%** from the item’s price to account for the original packaging.
